董事会认为，由Pink Market升板至OTCQX Market乃公司一项重要里程碑，可借此展示其资格及提升美国投资者关注度，而该次升板将使公司更能接触到更广泛的投资者群体并提升其资金流动性，故符合公司及股东的利益。
