Shimao Services (HKG:0873) renewed various agreements with controlling shareholder Shimao Group for a term starting Jan. 1, 2026, and ending Dec. 31, 2028, a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The move comes about as the contracts are due to expire Dec. 31, 2025.
The contracts include master agreements related to leasing, carpark sales agency services, sales office operation, IoT Services, engineering services, property management services, and value-added services to non-property owners.
