加密货币资产管理公司Strategy拟发行以欧元计价永续股票，以进一步增加比特币储量。公司创办人Michael Saylor 在接受媒体访问时，重申看好比特币前景，并预期比特币至今年底或升至15万美元水平。

公司计划发行350万股欧元计价永续股票，每股面值100欧元，每年提供10%股息，发售所得净额将用于购买比特币及一般企业用途，股票代码STRE。公司强调，STRE只限欧盟及英国合资格投资者认购，不会向该地区任何散户投资者销售。

创办人Michael Saylor在第三季业绩会议上表示，公司策略仍是销售数字信贷，并持续购入比特币。

Saylor：比特币年底或升至15万美元

他最新接受Schwab Network访问时重申看好比特币前景，认为在今年底前，比特币有潜力升至15万美元，并预期在未来21年，比特币将以每年29%幅度升值，长远而言，更可能达到2100万美元水平。

在访问中，他也分享了对加密货币比特币的看法，他表示，理解比特币的最佳方式，是将它视为全球首个让个人或企业与经济力量紧接在一起的科技，让个人在无需征求比自己更强大的人的许可，都能拥有任何事物。

Strategy刚于上周购入397枚比特币，令公司持有量增至64.1405万枚比特币，总值约690亿美元，以比特币总供应量2100万枚计，公司持有量已占逾3%。
