智通财经APP讯，华泰瑞银(08006)发布公告，截至2025年10月13日(星期一)下午四时正(即最后接纳时限)，公司合共接获33份有效申请，涉及合共9379.38万股供股股份，占供股项下提呈发售的供股股份总数约42.4%。因此，供股未获足额认购，差额为1.28亿股供股股份，占发售股份总数约57.6%，该等股份将根据补偿安排处置。
截至2025年10月28日(星期二)下午四时正(即配售代理配售未获认购供股股份及除外股东未售出供股股份的最后时限)，所有1.28亿股未获认购供股股份及除外股东未售出供股股份均已根据配售事项按每股0.08港元(相等于认购价)的价格成功配售。因此，补偿安排项下概无净收益可供分派予不行动股东。
因此，供股(包括配售事项)筹集的所得款项总额约为1770万港元，经扣除开支后，供股所得款项净额约为1660万港元。
