消息面上，阳光保险近期公布子公司阳光人寿、阳光财险截至 3Q25 的偿付能力报告与1-9月未经审计的财务数据。阳光人寿+财险子公司前三季度投资端实现利息收入+投资收益+公允价值变动收益合计207.6亿元，同比增长26.8%。
民生证券指出，截至25年上半年，阳光保险FVTPL股票占股票资产比重为29.1%，FVOCI股票为70.9%。计入FVOCI的股票比重显著高于同业。该行指出，Q3二级市场涨幅较大，而公司将大部分股票计入FVOCI，公允价值变动计入OCI、仅分红计入当期投资收益，导致净利润未完全体现权益上涨带来的业绩弹性。
