Oversea-Chinese Banking Corp. or OCBC (SGX:O39) appointed Melvyn Tze-Hwa Low as the group chief strategy and transformation officer, effective Nov. 10, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Low most recently served as OCBC Bank's head of global transaction banking division.
