10月31日，美的置业集团有限公司发布公告，宣布公司法定代表人、董事及高级管理人员发生变动。

　　公告称，美的置业集团有限公司董事会决议免去刘隽总经理职务，并聘任林俊杰为公司总经理，任期三年；免去刘隽董事长、执行公司事务的董事及法定代表人职务，由林俊杰接任，任期三年。

　　公告显示，截至10月31日，相关工商变更手续正办理中。

　　林俊杰，男，本科学历。2017年10月加入美的置业，曾任美的置业集团粤桂区域公司投资总监、中部区域公司投资总监、集团总部投资副总监、总监等职务。现任美的置业集团有限公司董事长、执行公司事务的董事（法定代表人）、总经理。

　　本次去职的刘隽，任期自2024年10月16日始，至2025年10月30日止。他于2000年加入美的，曾任厨具事业部经营管理中心审计经理，美的集团审计监察部管理高级审计专员、总监。

　　2010年6月，他来到美的置业集团有限公司，历任审计监察部总监，运营管理部、人力资源部总监，粤西区域、西南区域公司总经理等职。2021年12月至2024年9月，任公司人力及审计监察中心总经理。
