记者获悉，泸州海事局辖区“宜宾文旅号”“韵程569”两艘“首艘”级新能源船舶于10月29日、11月7日先后试航成功，为川江绿色航运发展树立新标杆。
“宜宾文旅号”作为全国急流航段的首艘电动旅游船，采用纯电动驱动系统，实现了零排放、低噪音的环保目标，为急流航段水上旅游提供了绿色解决方案，也提升了游客体验，保护了生态环境；“韵程569”是四川首艘采用LNG单一燃料动力的集散货船，凭借其燃烧充分、排放清洁、经济高效等优点，为四川省内河货运绿色转型树立典范，推动区域航运业可持续发展。
泸州海事局以全过程、精细化的海事服务，为泸州港航经济蓬勃发展注入强劲“绿色动能”。试航前，泸州海事局特邀中国船级社（CCS）重庆分社专业技术人员进行建造检验监督技术指导，并组织执法人员学习最新技术规范，对新造船进行严格试航前检查，确保试航安全。试航期间，泸州海事局建立“现场海巡艇 + 远程指挥中心”联动模式，提供伴随护航和远程实时监控，确保新建新能源船舶顺利完成试航。此外，泸州海事局还针对试航船舶特点召开专题部署会，执行“一船一策”制度，量身定制安全保障方案，确保试航过程安全有序。
目前，泸州海事局辖区还有4艘新能源船舶正在建造，新能源船舶建造订单呈“爆发式”增长。泸州海事局将持续优化营商环境，强化协同联动，共同破解发展难题，为长江航运高质量发展贡献海事力量。
