网络安全公司 Armis 于周三表示，其在新一轮融资中筹集了 4.35 亿美元。这家美以合资的网络安全企业本次估值达 61 亿美元，意味着仅一年多时间里，其估值涨幅就超过 45%。

　　当前，企业与政府所使用的关键电子基础设施频繁遭遇定向攻击，这使得市场对数字威胁防御工具的需求大幅攀升。

　　仅今年一年，全球范围内一系列网络攻击已造成数十亿美元的经济损失与数据泄露。立法者呼吁，应将网络韧性提升至企业董事会层面的优先议题。

　　Armis 本轮融资由高盛旗下另类投资平台牵头，现有投资方 CapitalG 也参与了此次融资。

　　这家总部位于美国加利福尼亚州旧金山的公司表示，所筹资金将用于推进其三年规划，具体包括实现 10 亿美元的年度经常性收入，以及为首次公开募股（IPO）做准备。

　　Armis 成立于 2016 年，主要通过对联网设备进行实时安全防护来抵御网络威胁。目前，《财富》100 强企业中，有超过 40% 都在使用该公司的服务。
