消息面上，据康诺亚-B官微消息，11月4日，公司宣布自主研发的全球首款长效TSLP x IL-13双阻断剂CM512治疗成人中重度特应性皮炎(AD)I期临床研究达成全部研究终点。研究显示，CM512在治疗中重度特应性皮炎患者中展现出快速的疾病控制能力，具有深度缓解和持久稳定的疗效特征，半衰期长达70天，且安全性良好，初步体现出其对成人中重度特应性皮炎best-in-class的治疗潜力。
据介绍，CM512是康诺亚自主研发的全球首款IgG-like长效型TSLP x IL-13双阻断剂，可同时靶向TSLP和IL-13，能够早期抑制炎症级联反应的启动，有效减少Th2细胞分化和IL-13等细胞因子释放，同时直接抑制由IL-13驱动的病理症状，从而更有效地治疗2型炎症相关疾病。目前，康诺亚正在快速推进CM512针对特应性皮炎、慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉、哮喘、慢性阻塞性肺病、慢性自发性荨麻疹等适应症的II期临床研究。
