China Jicheng (HKG:1027) proposes to change its English name to Asia Strategy Digit Technology, alongside a change in its Chinese name, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The name change is subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals.
The umbrella parts manufacturer believes the new name will give it a fresh corporate identity and image, boosting future business development.
