U-NEXT Holdings to Issue 20 Billion Yen in Five-Year Bonds

U-NEXT HOLDINGS (TYO:9418) said it will issue 20 billion yen in unsecured straight bonds in Japan to strengthen its financial base and fund investments under its medium-term plan "Road to 2030," according to a Friday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

The bonds carry a 1.892% annual coupon and mature on Nov. 13, 2030. Daiwa Securities will act as lead underwriter, while Mizuho Bank serves as fiscal agent.
