红星资本局11月8日消息，点开手机App，手指一碰或是机身稍晃，便会强制跳转淘宝“双11”会场。

　　今日，话题#官方称已对淘宝霸屏广告展开调查#冲上微博热搜。

　　据金融时报消息，11月6日上午，浙江省市场监督管理局（浙江省知识产权局）工作人员表示，淘宝平台由浙江淘宝网络有限公司开设，其注册地位于杭州市余杭区，按照属地管理原则，需要联系余杭区市场监督管理局了解具体情况。

　　杭州市余杭区市场监督管理局（杭州市余杭区知识产权局）相关负责人表示，该局已经收到关于淘宝霸屏广告乱象的举报，并交由网监分局办理，目前已针对此问题展开调查。

　　山东柳泉律师事务所王振康律师认为，App霸屏广告往往采取“强制授权、超范围索权、后台运行”等隐蔽违规手段读取、存储、分析用户网购记录、浏览习惯与喜好等敏感个人信息的方式，损害用户的个人信息权与隐私权。

　　对此，网友评论称，“跳转真的很烦”“终于有人举报了”“现在是广告满天飞，查的好！”

　　据了解，2023年2月，工信部发布《关于进一步提升移动互联网应用服务能力的通知》，明确了手机APP不得利用高灵敏度“摇一摇”等易造成误触发的方式诱导用户操作。
