　　新浪科技讯 11月8日上午消息，2025年世界互联网大会乌镇峰会期间，哔哩哔哩董事长陈睿在企业家论坛上进行演讲，分享了对于B站如何做好优质内容的思考。

　　陈睿表示，B站有超过200万的创作者，平台上最优秀的创作者被称为百大创作者、百大up主。他们有90%创作了5年以上，是经过5年时间的成长和被用户的验证，然后才被公认是一个好的创作者。

　　他认为，优秀的创作者是稀缺的，是宝贵的，是整个社会的财富。但是千里马常有，而伯乐不常有，所以这也是B站存在的价值和意义。（罗宁）
