Metro Mining Says Queensland Mine's October Shipments Falls; Reaffirms Production Guidance

Metro Mining (ASX:MMI) reported shipments of 735,000 wet metric tonnes (wmt) from the Bauxite Hills mine in Queensland in October, down from 793,420 wmt last year, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.

The shipments for the month were recorded with five days of planned and unplanned maintenance, the filing said.

The company said it is on track to meet its full-year production guidance in the range of 6.2 million wmt to 6.6 million wmt, the filing added.

Shares fell past 1% in recent Thursday trade.
