Organic Recycling Systems Signs MoU for Joint Development of Biogas Projects

Organic Recycling Systems (BOM:543997) has entered into a memorandum of understanding with bio-energy company Punjab Renewable Energy Systems (PRESPL) aimed at jointly developing biogas and compressed bio-gas (CBG) projects

across India and potential international markets, according to a BSE filing on Thursday.

Under the pact, Organic Recycling will be the preferred partner for technology, engineering, procurement, and construction (TEPC) services in waste-to-energy and biofuel projects. Meanwhile, PRESPL will serve as the preferred partner for biomass supply chain management services.

The two companies will collaborate on jointly identifying, pursuing, and implementing projects in the biogas and CBG sector, providing end-to-end integrated solutions from feedstock assessment and supply chain logistics to technology deployment and plant operations.
