智通财经APP讯，越疆(02432)发布公告，于2025年11月6日(联交所交易时段前)，公司与配售代理订立配售协议，据此，公司已同意委任配售代理，而配售代理已同意担任公司之代理，按竭尽所能基准促使认购人根据配售协议所载条款及在其所载条件规限下，按配售价认购合共1666万股新H股。配售价为每股H股46.80港元较于最后交易日及厘定配售价当日在联交所所报收市价每股H股52.20港元折让约10.3%。
配售股份占公司于本公告日期已发行股本约3.94%及占公司经配发及发行配售股份扩大后已发行股本约3.79%(假设由本公告日期起至配售事项完成期间，除配发及发行配售股份外，公司已发行股本概无变动)。
公司自配售事项收取之所得款项总额及所得款项净额(经扣除相关费用及开支后)估计分别为约7.8亿港元及约7.71亿港元，相当于每股配售股份之净发行价约46.28港元。
