智通财经APP讯，澳门励骏(01680)公布，董事会建议注销公司股份溢价账的全部进账金额，并于注册地变更生效前将有关注销所产生的进账额转拨至指定为公司实缴盈余账的账户。 于注册地变更生效后，公司建议实施资本重组，其中涉及以下各项：
(i) 股本削减，据此，透过注销每股已发行股份0.99港元的缴足股本而将每股已发行股份名义值或面值由1.00港元削减至0.01港元，从而削减公司已发行股本;
(ii) 于紧随股本削减后进行股份分拆，据此，将每股面值1.00港元的法定但未发行股份分拆为100股每股面值0.01港元的新股份;
(iii) 股本削减产生的进账将转拨至公司的实缴盈余账;及
(iv) 实缴盈余账的进账金额将按所有适用法例以及不时生效的新公司细则所准许且董事会认为合适的方式，用于抵销累计亏损。
