近日，市场监管总局发布数据显示，截至2025年9月，我国各类组织机构总量已达2.02亿家。其中，营利法人（公司及其他企业法人）占29.2%；非营利法人占2.7%；特别法人占0.9%；非法人组织占4.2%；个体工商户占63.0%。

前三季度，组织机构新设2019万家，注销1570万家，变更3021万家。组织机构总量保持增长态势，较2024年底增长1.9%。
