新华财经上海11月12日电 上海市商务委等5部门印发《上海市促进餐饮业智能化布局行动计划（2026-2028年）》，其中提出，到2028年底建成全国领先、国际一流的餐饮业智能化发展高地。智能化水平显著提升。团餐、快餐、茶饮咖啡企业全链条智能化渗透率超过70%，正餐企业关键环节智能化应用率超过50%。培育一批全国领先的餐饮智能化解决方案供应商。产业基础能力持续增强。供应链智能化管理覆盖率超过60%，建成3-5个具有示范效应的“AI+餐饮”融合场景试点和一批智能化中央厨房。智能化驱动绿色低碳发展成效明显。健康消费智能化引导、垃圾智能化处理应用水平进一步提升，“光盘行动”成为社会新时尚，生活垃圾资源化利用率保持在85%以上。国际化拓展取得突破。推动一批餐饮企业成功拓展海外市场，初步建立覆盖主要目标市场的智能化供应链支持体系。
