智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，11月7日，烯石电车新材料(06128)股东将股票由昌利证券转入大华继显(香港)，转仓市值2782.08万港元，占比9.24%。
烯石电车新材料此前发布公告，公司全资附属公司Allied Apex Limited(Allied Apex)已投资于创驰国际新能源车辆有限公司(创驰)已发行股本总额的18%，代价为1800港元。创驰为于中国香港注册成立的有限公司，主要从事向东南亚、中东、欧洲及北美市场出口电动车的业务。Allied Apex对创驰的总投资额不会超过500万港元。Allied Apex作出投资后，创驰的已发行股本总额由Allied Apex及另外三名个人股东分别持有18%、40%、30%及12%。创驰另外三名股东均在汽车出口业拥有丰富经验。
