智通财经APP讯，泛远国际(02516)发布公告，于2025年11月12日，本公司与配售代理订立配售协议，本公司有条件同意透过配售代理以竭尽所能基准按每股配售股份0.455港元的配售价配售最多1.56亿股配售股份予不少于六名承配人。
假设已发行股份数目于本公告日期至完成期间并无变动，最多1.56亿股配售股份，占扩大后的本公司已发行股本约16.67%。配售价每股配售股份0.455港元较股份于配售协议日期在联交所所报的收市价每股0.51港元折让约10.78%。
假设所有配售股份获悉数配售，配售事项的所得款项总额及所得款项净额估计将分别约为7098万港元及6962万港元。本公司拟将配售事项的所得款项净额用于以下用途：不少于6000万港元用于加强现有物流业务发展(包括但不限于扩张仓库);及余下款项用于本公司的一般营运资金。
