摩根大通数据显示，10 月外国投资者净买入 6.2 万亿日元（约合 402 亿美元）日本股票，这是自 2005 年有相关统计以来的单月最大流入规模。
包括Ikue Saito在内的策略师在一份报告中指出，目前外国投资者购买日本股票的外汇对冲比例估计约为 14%，与 “安倍经济学” 时期接近 50% 的水平相比，仍处于低位。
他们补充称，今年外资流入日本股市的规模按年率计算达 8.7 万亿日元，这一速度与 “安倍经济学” 初期相当 —— 当时外资买入日本股票的年率约为 9 万亿日元。
尽管日本股市表现向好，但散户投资者对本国股票仍保持净卖出状态。
政策制定者目前正在讨论调整 “个人储蓄账户”（NISA）制度，以鼓励民众持有本国股票，不过这一调整短期内不太可能落地。
策略师表示，若该制度最终调整，将有助于缓解因日本散户通过 NISA 账户购买外国股票而产生的日元抛售压力。
