ChainCatcher 消息，据彭博社报道，香港政府正营销新一批“数字原生”绿色债，涵盖 USD、HKD、EUR 与离岸人民币（CNH），拟通过 HSBC 分布式账本平台记录与清算，获 S&P 评为 AA+。
本次拟发行规格包括：USD 两年期 T3+3、EUR 四年期 MS+23、CNH 五年期票息 1.9%、HKD 两年期票息 2.5，规模均为 Benchmark；若顺利，将为自 2023 年以来第三次此类发行。另据统计，今年香港已有多家企业发行数字债，累计约 10 亿美元。
