BOE Varitronix's Trustee Buys Back Over 1 Million Shares Under Incentive Scheme

BOE Varitronix's (HKG:0710) trustee bought back over 1 million shares of the company from the market for HK$5.1 million under an incentive scheme, a Nov. 7 Hong Kong bourse filing said.
Shares of the liquid crystal display manufacturer were up nearly 2% in Monday afternoon trading.
The shares, repurchased at HK$4.96 apiece, represent 0.13% of the firm's issued share capital.
Between April 8 and Nov. 7, the trustee bought back nearly 4.2 million, or 0.528%, shares for HK$21.2 million for the scheme.
