金吾财讯 | 巨星传奇(06683)公告公布，于2025年11月11日，星创艺(昆山)文娱有限公司(“星创艺”，公司的全资附属公司)及北京灵翌科技有限公司(“灵翌科技”，宇树科技的全资附属公司)订立合资企业合作协议书，据此双方同意共同成立宇星娱乐科技有限公司，星创艺及灵翌科技各自将持有合资公司50%权益。合资公司拟根据中国法律注册成立为有限责任公司，将主要负责消费级IP机器人(包括宠物四足机器人、演艺人形机器人)及IP衍生产品的打造、开发、运营、推广与销售。基于宇树科技先进的机器人核心技术和生产能力，及集团拥有丰富的IP资源、运营经验及销售能力，双方将共同打造该等产品，并策划、制作、落地执行机器人商业化演唱会表演服务。合资公司旨在整合集团的IP资源与宇树科技的先进机器人技术，打造具有全球影响力的演艺娱乐互动智能机器人产品，为用户提供创新娱乐与科技体验。
