智通财经APP讯，中国投融资(01226)发布公告，截至2025年9月30日止六个月(本期间)的未经审核管理账目及董事会目前可获得的资料而作出的初步评估，比对公司2024╱25中期报告所载截至2024年9月30日止六个月(2024年期间)所录得的未经审核综合净亏损，预期集团于本期间录得未经审核综合净溢利。该变动乃主要由于集团上市股权投资的表现由2024年期间录得亏损约630万港元转为本期间溢利约1.47亿港元。集团预期本期间净溢利约1.4亿港元至1.55亿港元。2024年期间录得未经审核净亏损约700万港元。
