　　CMON（01792）发布公告，由于配售协议所载条件未能于2025年11月7日（即最后截止日期）或之前完全达成，配售协议已告失效，而配售将不会进行。

　　相关订约方的所有权利、义务及责任将即时终止及作罢，而配售代理将获解除及免除配售协议项下所有义务，且任何一方概不得就配售向另一方提出任何索偿，惟不影响任何先前违约及╱或于配售协议终止前根据配售协议所累计的任何权利或义务。
