智通财经APP讯，中国港能(00931)发布公告，预期集团于截至2025年9月30日止六个月的中期业绩(本中期期间)可能取得公司拥有人应占亏损约6500万港元至7500万港元，而截至2024年9月30日止六个月的中期业绩(相应中期期间)则取得公司拥有人应占亏损约5400万港元。
该变动主要乃本中期期间公司就物业、厂房及设备作出约1300万港元的资产处置。
同时，董事会欲指出，四月至九月为公司液化天然气业务的淡季，亦为集团于中国北方提供供暖服务的新能源业务最大板块的淡季。此外，公司有若干新项目计划于下半年旺季推出，预期将有助带动集团的收入及盈利。董事会基于现有业务活动及发展趋势，对公司于2025年4月1日至2026年3月31日的全年度业绩转亏为盈持乐观态度。
