SM Prime's (PSE:SMPH) net income for the third quarter rose 8% annually to 12.8 billion Philippine pesos from 11.8 billion pesos a year earlier.
The property developer attributed the rise to higher contributions from its mall and convention center segments, according to a Monday Philippine Exchange filing.
For the first nine months of 2025, net income jumped 10% to 37.2 billion pesos from 33.9 billion pesos a year earlier.
Cumulative revenues during the period climbed 4% to 103.4 billion pesos from 99.8 billion pesos, it said.
