智通财经APP讯，联合能源集团(00467)发布公告，本公司拟进行美元计价优先票据(票据)的国际发行。该等票据将仅遵照证券法 S 规例于美国境外向非美国人士提呈发行。
Arqaam Capital Limited、星展银行有限公司、海通国际证券有限公司、Mashreqbank PSC 及渣打银行已被指定为建议票据发行的初始购买者(初始购买者)。票据定价，包括发行价格和利率，将由初始购买方协调透过簿记建档方式确定。票据条款最终确定后，预期本公司和初始购买者将订立购买协议及与票据有关的其他附属文件。
本公司将向伦敦证券交易所集团(伦敦证券交易所)国际证券市场(国际证券市场)申请该等票据上市交易。根据2018年欧洲联盟(退出)法令 (European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018)，国际证券市场并非英国监管的金融工具市场(欧盟)第 600/2014 号条例所指的英国监管市场，因为它构成了英国国内法的一部分。
