消息面上，沪上阿姨发布公告，于2025年11月7日，董事会决议建议采纳H股激励计划。H股激励计划经股东于公司将予召开的临时股东会上审议批准后生效。H股激励计划下授出奖励股份的上限为于H股激励计划采纳日期公司股份总数的5%。
值得一提的是，近日，根据极海品牌监测数据显示，截至目前，“沪上阿姨”品牌全国门店数量已达10739家，成功进入“万店俱乐部”。此外，沪上阿姨合伙人官微公布11月最新政策，针对连锁茶饮、咖啡行业的经验人群，开放开店限时补贴政策，最高得5万元开店补贴。
