First Graphene Secures 12-Month Extension to UK Cement Maker Deal; Shares Down 9%

First Graphene (ASX:FGR) secured a 12-month extension to its joint development and commercialization agreement with UK cement manufacturer Breedon Group, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The two companies agreed to extend the initial two-year agreement signed in 2023 to October 2026 after the rollout of multi-phase trials of graphene-enhanced cement, the filing said.

First Graphene shares fell nearly 9% in afternoon trade on Wednesday.
