Odaily星球日报讯 据 Financefeeds 报道，总部位于伦敦的数字资产清算结算公司 ClearToken 已获得英国金融行为监管局（FCA）授权，运营其名为 CT Settle 的货银对付（DvP）平台。该系统将处理加密资产、稳定币和法定货币的现货交易，将传统金融基础设施标准扩展至数字市场。
该批准允许受监管金融机构在受控环境中结算交易，镜像传统清算系统的安全性和操作纪律。ClearToken 表示，CT Settle 旨在解决加密货币结构性弱点——交易所和场外交易台预付资金交易的资本低效问题，通过实现现金和资产同步转移的真正 DvP 结算来改善这一状况。
该公司获得包括野村证券旗下 Laser Digital 在内的投资者支持。ClearToken 计划在获得英格兰银行批准后引入中央对手方清算所（CCP），并通过数字证券沙盒计划将服务扩展至代币化证券。该平台预计将于 2025 年初上线。
