ChainCatcher 消息，据 The Block 报道，英国金融行为监管局（FCA）已批准伦敦的 ClearToken 公司，允许其推出针对数字资产的受监管结算服务。
其即将推出的 CT Settle 平台，采用“付款交割”模式，可同时完成加密货币、稳定币和法定货币交易的双方结算。该平台设计类似外汇市场的 CLS 系统，能降低结算风险、释放资本。此次获批让 ClearToken 获得授权支付机构和注册加密资产公司资质，为其构建未来代币化及数字资产清算所打下基础。此外，该公司还计划向英格兰银行申请批准，借助央行的数字证券沙盒拓展清算和保证金服务。
