消息面上，中烟香港近日公告，已与安徽中烟工业有限责任公司签订“王冠”雪茄全球市场独家经销协议。自2025年7月至今，公司相继与四川中烟工业有限责任公司、湖北中烟工业有限责任公司、安徽中烟签订雪茄全球市场独家经销协议及与山东中烟工业有限责任公司签订雪茄全球市场独家代理协议，初步完成中式雪茄全球销售平台的构建。
据悉，中烟香港为中烟集团下唯一资本平台。招商证券指出，中烟香港内生增长动力稳健，主业得益于烟草专卖专营制度，壁垒深厚，订单计划性强，同时具备出海扩张增长性，体外优质资产较多，公司承载中烟出海全球化战略使命，外延增长具备想象空间。
