格隆汇11月12日｜工业和信息化部消费品工业司对《国家医药储备管理办法(2021修订)》(工信部联消费(2021)195号)进行了修订，研究形成《国家医药储备管理办法(征求意见稿)》，现就文件内容公开征求意见。其中指出，中央医药储备实物储备主要采用动态轮储和定期核销的管理模式。对有稳定市场需求的，储备单位能够及时销售处置、保持储备资金规模稳定的医药产品，按照动态轮储模式管理。对市场机制失灵，储备单位难以动态轮储的医药产品，按照定期核销模式管理。
