智通财经APP讯，朗廷-SS(01270)发布公告，根据构成朗廷酒店投资的信托契约第15.3条及朗廷酒店投资有限公司的公司章程细则第24.28条的规定，朗廷酒店管理人有限公司(“托管人-经理”，以其作为本信托的托管人-经理)的董事会及公司的董事会(统称“董事会”)可决定将凡在宣派分派日期起计六年后仍未领取的分派没收及复归本信托。董事会谨此通知本信托及公司的股份合订单位持有人，分别于2018年9月28日及2019年6月5日派付并于2025年12月12日(星期五)仍未领取的2018年中期分派及2018年末期分派将予以没收及复归本信托。
