智通财经APP讯，华新手袋国际控股(02683)发布公告，预计集团于截至2025年9月30日止六个月将录得公司拥有人应占纯利不少于4000万港元，而截至2024年9月30日止六个月则录得公司拥有人应占纯利约为2700万港元。
报告期间公司拥有人应占纯利较过往期间增加乃主要归因于以下因素：(i)收益由过往期间的约3.52亿港元增加约8000万港元至报告期间的约4.32亿港元，增加约23%。此乃主要归因于报告期间获得新客户的持续订单，尤其是来自荷兰及加拿大的订单;及(ii)集团售出货品数量增加，而导致收益增加，以及持续实施若干严格成本控制措施，成功减少集团的基础生产运营成本，令毛利及毛利率上升。
综上所述，报告期间毛利较过往期间增加。然而，有关增加部分被以下因素缓解：(i)行政开支增加，主要是由于随着营运规模不断扩大，后勤人员人数增长，进而导致雇员福利开支增加;(ii)销售及分销开支增加，主要是由于销售活动水平上升导致的运输支出增加;及(iii)报告期间应课税溢利增加导致所得税开支增加。
