智通财经APP讯，环球医疗(02666)发布公告，于2025年11月7日，本公司收到Dragonland International Development Limited发出的转换通知，内容有关行使可换股债券附带的转换权利，按每股换股股份5.7港元的转换价，将本金总额9000万美元的可换股债券转换为约1.23亿股换股股份(该转换)。因此，于2025年11月12日，根据可换股债券的条款及条件，按照特定授权向Dragonland International Development Limited配发约1.23亿股换股股份，该等股份相当于紧接该转换前本公司已发行股本约6.48%，及经发行该等换股股份扩大后本公司已发行股本约 6.09%。
换股股份在各方面均与配发日期当日已发行的其他股份享有同等地位，并享有相同权利，且有权享有就该等股份宣派、派付或作出的所有股息及分派。
