智通财经APP讯，日本共生(00627)发布公告，于2025年10月9日举行的股东特别大会上通过特别决议案之后，百慕达公司注册处处长已于2025年10月14日签发更改名称注册证书及第二名称证书，证明于2025年10月14日，本公司英文名称已由“Japan Kyosei Group Company Limited”更改为“Vision Synergy Holdings Limited”，并采纳中文名称“共生智筑控股有限公司”作为本公司新第二名称以取代“日本共生集团有限公司”(“更改公司名称”)。香港公司注册处已于2025年11月4日发出注册非香港公司变更名称注册证明书，确认本公司的新英文及中文名称已根据香港法例第622章公司条例第16部于香港登记。
股份于联交所买卖的英文股份简称将由“JAPAN KYOSEI”更改为“VISION SYNERGY”，中文股份简称则由“日本共生”更改为“共生智筑”，自2025年11月13日上午9时正起生效。本公司股份代号维持不变，仍为“00627”。
