China Resources Land Applies to List $3.9 Billion Medium-Term Note Program

China Resources Land (HKG:1109) has applied to list a $3.9 billion medium-term note program on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for 12 months starting Monday, according to a same-day bourse filing.

Shares of the firm gained nearly 4% in Tuesday morning trade.

The notes will be offered to professional investors only, and the listing is expected to take effect on or about Tuesday.
