** Shenzhen-listed stock 002460.SZ climbs 2.4% to 71 yuan
** Chinese lithium battery products producer says Argentinian local authority has issued environmental impact assessment report for the phase one of Pozuelos-Pastos Grandes (PPGS) lithium salt lake project
** Says the project has plans to apply for investment incentive scheme from the Argentinian government in the first half of 2026
** YTD, Hong Kong stock up 173.4%, Shenzhen-listed shares up 97%
