该指导意见明确了 ETP 结构内质押奖励的税务处理方式，为希望提供数字资产收益敞口的资产管理公司描绘了“明确路径”。新政策澄清，在 ETP 结构内产生的质押奖励不会立即触发个人投资者的直接税务义务，这解决了围绕权益证明加密货币在受监管投资工具中的长期不确定性。
