Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank has renewed its lease at Swire Properties' (HKG:1972) Two Pacific Place, extending its tenancy until 2034, according to a Monday press release.
The agreement covers four floors totaling about 85,000 square feet, housing the bank's Asia-Pacific regional headquarters, the statement said.
