公开数据显示，中鼎智能是中国成熟的智能场内物流和仓储自动化解决方案提供商。公司的核心产品为智能场内物流解决方案，通过集成智能场内物流管理软件与堆垛机、穿梭车、输送线及机器人等场内物流设备，在广大行业垂直领域的仓库、工厂及生产线内协调货品的搬运和存放。
以2024年的收入计，公司在中国智能场内物流解决方案行业中，排名第四，市场份额为1.7%;在中国工业领域智能场内物流解决方案中，排名第二，市场份额为 3.2%;且在中国新能源锂离子电池领域智能场内物流解决方案中，排名第一，市场份额为22.1%。于2024年，工业领域占中国智能场内物流解决方案市场的近50%，而新能源锂离子电池领域则占约6%。
公司的解决方案可优化生产设施及仓库内的货物流转、减少人工干预、优化空间利用并提供实时库存管理等增值功能，从而降低成本、提高营运效率和作业精准度。公司亦提供售后服务，主要包括例行维护、备件和修理以及技术升级和改造。此外，公司销售单独的场内物流设备，主要为堆垛机。其广泛应用于制造工厂、物流园区、仓库及其他类似作业场所。
