消息面上，据美联物业研究中心综合《一手住宅物业销售资讯网》资料及市场消息，香港10月逾5000万元一手豪宅成交量共录66宗，比起9月33宗大幅急升约1倍，宗数连升3个月，兼创自去年10月后的1年新高。市场公开信息显示，此前，利嘉阁地产研究部主管陈海潮认为，9月香港房价持续上升，主要反映8月中旬至9月上旬整体楼市气氛良好，再配合港股市场的表现以及美联储降息预期，利好楼市“量价齐升”。
里昂发布研报称，新鸿基地产旗下天玺天二期首发价单较一期高出29%。与此同时，受惠于美国减息、强劲租务需求推升的租金回报率，以及销售压力减缓，香港楼价已从低位反弹4%。该行预测2026年香港楼价将上升5%，并认为新地等龙头发展商将受惠。由于香港房地产市场复苏，该行将新鸿基地产目标价由63.6港元上调至110港元，并将评级由跑输大市上调至“跑赢大市”。
