Light & Wonder to Change ASX Admission Category to 'ASX Listing' from Start of Trading on Friday

Light & Wonder (ASX:LNW) said that from the start of trading on Friday, Nov. 14, its Australian Securities Exchange's (ASX) admission category will be changed from "ASX Foreign Exempt Listing" to "ASX Listing," under the bourse's listing rules, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.

Its quoted securities will be settled in the form of CHESS depositary interests at a ratio of one CHESS depositary interest for one share of common stock.

Its stock rose over 2% in recent trading on Wednesday.
