2025年1月至10月累计合同销售金额约人民币164.68亿元，同比减少52.2%，累计销售面积约215.06万平方米。
于2025年10月，本集团房地产出租物业共177个，总建筑面积约1630.02万平方米;2025年10月份租金收入约人民币11.06亿元，商业运营收入约人民币11.86 亿元(即含税租金收入)。
2025年1月至10月累计租金收入约人民币109.12亿元，累计商业运营收入约人民币116.96亿元(即含税租金收入)。
