　　进入供暖季关键期，发改委供暖季能源保供会议释放的稳供信号与中央安全生产考核巡查启动形成的供给约束，正共同重塑双焦市场的运行逻辑。在“保供稳价”与“安全提质”的政策平衡中，双焦市场呈现供给端收缩、需求端刚性、价格中枢上移的鲜明特征，行业格局正迎来阶段性重构。焦炭则因行业产能过剩，价格更多跟随焦煤波动，独立性较弱。展望后市，双焦市场将维持“供给紧平衡、价格偏强震荡”格局。供给端，12月安全生产巡查力度或进一步加码，叠加冬储需求释放，焦煤库存已降至443.1万吨的8个月新低，供需偏紧格局短期难改。需求端，若钢材终端需求未现大幅下滑，铁水产量高位运行将持续支撑原料需求。（布谷网）
